 Trimaxx 200 CDRW/DVD combination drive

Conclusions

The Trimaxx 200 gives you a reasonable CD drive, a quality CDRW, and  a DVD player all packed neatly into one drive bay.  The cost is about the same as the cheapest separate re-writer and DVD you can buy, and you save an IDE channel and drive bay.  The software bundle should be great for Windows 98 users (and I'd imagine Millennium) but be aware that if your preference is for Win 2K then you'll need to get Nero or something similar.

All in all good performance at a very reasonable price.  And you can't ask for much more than that.

RipNet UK awards the Trimaxx a well deserved 9 out 10
